Features
This machine can simultaneously carry out three-color printing,slitting,creasing,trimming, slotting,die-cutting, and other multi-processes on cardboard.It adopts a Taiwan roller-type front positioning automatic paper feeding mechanism,adjustable air volume,and frequency control.The whole machine is convenient,fast,and flexible.The transmission gear is made of 40-60Cr high-quality alloy steel,material carburized and quenched; the main transmission gear and transmission shaft adopt up tight key-free coupling method which enlarges the virtual position;cancelling the wear of the center,so that the printing press can maintain a prolonged accuracy. The machine has an accurate color register,fine printing pattern;besides it’s easy to use and maintain due to its high degree of automation.

Lead Edge Rollers-Paper Feeding System

Paper Feeding Rollers

Anilox Rollers

*Mesh number is 200 for the first group,220 for the second group,and 240 for the third group.
*Cooperate with the paper feeding system pneumatic automatic lifting device (the anilox roller descends and touches the printing plate when feeding the paper,and the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate when the paper feeding stops)
*The anilox roller is equipped with a sprag-type overrunning clutch, which is convenient and fast for ink leveling and washing.

Phase Adjustment Mechanism

Key-Free Connection Ring

Adopts an up-tightening key-free connection,which can make the shaft and gear have a seamless connection,there will be no clearance when using ample torque,and it is more convenient for installation and maintenance,which can make the long-term transmission accuracy high to ensure the printing register.

Die Cutting Roller(Lower Roller)

*The surface of 45# coil steel material is ground and plated with hard chrome.
*Balance correction to increase running stability.
*The distance between the die fixing screw holes is 100mm.
*Applicable die height 25.4mm.
*Wood formwork thickness: 16mm (for three-layer boards) 13mm (for five-layer boards)

Rubber Roller(Upper Roller)

*The surface of 45# coil steel material is ground and plated with hard chrome.
*Balance correction to increase running stability.
*The gap can be manually adjusted with the die roller.
*The thickness of the rubber is 10mm (outer diameter 408mm),and the width is 250mm.
*Made with high quality PU;it’s removable, so that the new rubber can be replaced quickly and the precision of die-cutting can be restored.
*Detachable automatic grinding device for PU rubber,the linear speed of PU rubber wheel has an automatic compensation function,which can automatically compensate the line speed after grinding PU rubber,so as to maintain the accuracy of each batch of cartons.
