Features
AY-500G paper counting machine adopts dual system paper counting.The working principle is a paper counting system with two suction sheets. "Paper corner upturned" is a typical problem of traditional paper counting technology(especially for paper over 100 grams),and the dual-system paper counting technology solves this problem very well. The paper counting machine can count paper,cardboard and even plastic sheets from 70G to 500G. The counting sequence is from top to bottom(allowing the operator to easily remove the counted paper from the top).When switching between different material thicknesses, adjustment is quick and easy by manually moving the plastic disc.No mechanical tools are required.Average time is 30 seconds.This means guaranteeing maximum productivity of the machine.The paper counting machine counts flat,clean paper with virtually no marks, scratches or smudges on the printed material.It can also count labels,stickers,photo paper, tickets and other finished products that have been trimmed or cut.The AY-500G is a floor-standing paper counter.It is reliable,flexible and very easy to operate.It can count paper sizes from 70x100cm and weights from 70G to 500G,covering almost every paper counting requirement.Ideal for medium to high volume counting needs.
