Features
PRY-1100JBK fully automatic cardboard laminating machine,using new type feeder vacuum paper guide to face paper and body paper separately,and adopting overlap paper feed way, so paper feed process are more steady and precise.Pasting to the body paper is based on different surface paper requirement,so we can adjust thickness system, even if the machine is running,the pasting will still keep thinner and evener,therefore,it achieves effects of increasing work efficiency and saving glue water.Couple high strength grip paper compound roller to locate,paste,first press the face and body paper,then the two paper will be pressed four times by strong pressing in roller to delivery stacker,at last the products will be piled in three sided even way,and height of the piled papers can reach 1650mm.machine combines the advantages of manual and automatic,reducing "human cost",improve efficiency,more "economic,reasonable,high quality,high efficiency".
