Features
This machine is based on absorbing and digesting foreign advanced equipment and has been carefully designed and transformed.It can automatically send film,cut film,push box, fold and ironing on both sides.Applicable to this kind of packaging products can play anti-counterfeiting,moisture-proof,dust-proof and other effects.The machine has compact structure,simple operation and convenient maintenance.It can pack products of different specifications by changing a few moulds.It is suitable for transparent film three-dimensional packaging of various regular single-piece products in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals,health care products and food industries.
This machine is controlled by human-machine interface of imported PLC.Its action is driven by cylinder.The film feeding system is controlled by servo motor.It can adjust the size of the film at will.It has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation,firm sealing,smooth and beautiful,and easy maintenance.The machine body is composed of imported aluminium alloy frame and enclosed plexiglass protective cover.The body platform and parts are made of stainless steel material,which meets the hygienic standards and has a beautiful appearance.

A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
