Auto Bag-Up Instrument

1.Sacks are inhaled by vacuum sucker and output separately.
2.The sun wheel sucks 8 sacks each turn.
3.Tube length depends on feeding speed.

Permutation Instrument

Sack tubes sequence by size,and automatically keep them in alignment,especially the edges.

Puncturing and Trace Pressing Instrument

1.Puncture tubes air bleeders near the filling mouth.
2.Auxiliary technique for bottom-opening,to make bottom-opening conform certain regulation or standard.

Vacuum Sucking

1.Vacuum sucker opens the two bottoms to a certain height.
2.The cavel opens the two bottoms rapidly.
3.Press the bottoms to the back wallboard,open the back tube corner,and blow to compress the back corner.
4.Press and flatten the sack bottom.

Test Instrument

Check if the two bottoms are open to get ready for the next process.

Valve Sheet Glue-Rubbing Unit

Rub glue automatically before sticking valve sheet and adjust the glue volumn by adjusting the gap between the glue box and glue-rubbing roller.

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
